This is a request, not an instant change. We send a 6-digit code to confirm your email, then our team reviews what you asked for in admin. We do not automatically delete an invitation, guest list, or payment record when you submit this form. Billing and tax records may be kept as required by law. Guests should also contact the couple who invited them.

What we need from you

Use this form whenever you want a copy of data Wefeen stores, a correction, or deletion. You must confirm the email address. We store what you type here, plus a hashed record of your IP address (not the IP itself), so we can review the request and keep an audit trail.

If you RSVP’d to a wedding, the couple (the host) usually controls that guest list. Tell them as well. We will help where the data sits on our systems.

How we handle this

  • We confirm the email with a one-time code (the same kind of code hosts use to sign in). Guests are not turned into host accounts by using this form.
  • We store the form, your request text, and a SHA-256 hash of your IP address. We do not keep the raw IP on this request.
  • If you are already signed in with a verified host email that matches the address you enter, we skip the extra code.
  • Our team fulfills requests in admin. Legal exceptions can apply, including records we must keep for tax, payment disputes, security, or law.
